We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from FOXCAT Design. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase and wish to make a return, please contact us at email@example.com.
Returns after 30 days of purchasing will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging including any accessories, manuals and documentation. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or credit customized products. Any request for reimbursement of duty and/or taxes paid for orders shipped internationally must be made directly with the revenue authority and/or customs office in your country.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders. Our products are of high quality and made to last but on the off chance that a part arrives defective, we will gladly send a replacement part. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
